The Lagos University Teaching Hospital Idi-Araba, hereby invites application from suitably qualified candidates into the under listed schools in the hospital:
  • Community Health Officers’ Training School (CHOTS)
  • School Health Information Management (SHIM) – ND & HND
  • School of Midwifery (SOM)
  • School of Nursing (SON)
  • School of Post Basic Nursing (SPBN)
  • Federal School of Biomedical Engineering (FSBE) – HND
  • School of Medical and Psychiatry Social Work (SMPSW)
  • Lagos University Teaching Hospital

Method of Application

Kindly note that to complete this process; you will likely require a valid debit/credit card.

a. How to Register on portal:

  • Visit (schools.luth.gov.ng) and click register
  • Register and pay access fee
  • During registration, you will be required to choose the School you are applying to.
  • Please ensure that you meet the requirement into the school of your choice.
Cost of application form is as indicated for each school on the portal.

b. How to log in:
  • Check your email after registration
  • Click the link in the email to login to the portal and set your password
  • Click “Buy form” to visit the remita payment page and purchase form
c.  How to complete application form:
  • Click “Fill form” after paying to fill and complete the application form online
  • Submit the application
  • Check your email to download and print a copy of the completed application form.
Note: APPLICANTS MUST PRINT OUT THEIR COMPLETED ONLINE GENERATED FORM. SHORT LISTED APPLICANTS WOULD BE REQUIRED TO PRESENT THIS DURING EXAMINATION.

CLOSING DATE:

31st May, 2020 for all schools except School of Health Information Management and Federal School of Biomedical Engineering which will close on 31st October, 2020
